Welcome to Ironcross Automotives. By accessing ironcrossautomotives.com (the "Site") or purchasing products or consultation services, you agree to these Terms & Services ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Ironcross Automotives provides ecommerce product listings for automotive goods and related consultation advising for customers in the United States. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate.
The Site uses a client-side cart stored in your browser. You are responsible for the device you use and for clearing cart data when appropriate. Cart contents are not a guaranteed inventory reservation until confirmed by Ironcross after checkout follow-up.
Checkout on this static Site demonstrates order capture without a live payment gateway. Submitting checkout indicates a request to purchase. You will see the confirmation: "Your order has been processed successfully. One of our representatives will contact you shortly." Final acceptance, pricing confirmation, shipping quotes (when applicable), and payment instructions occur during that follow-up process.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may exclude applicable taxes. Shipping estimates shown in the cart (including free shipping thresholds) are illustrative. Actual shipping costs, tax, and delivery timelines will be confirmed before payment is collected in a live fulfillment workflow.
We strive for accurate descriptions and images. Automotive products often require year/make/model/trim verification. You are responsible for confirming fitment before installation. Consultation services provide guidance, not a guarantee of perfect fitment without adequate vehicle data.
Advisory and consultation plans are informational. They do not replace licensed mechanical work, manufacturer warranties, or professional inspections. You assume responsibility for how advice is applied to your vehicle.
Eligible unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless marked final sale, opened fluids/chemicals, or installed/electrical items restricted by policy. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
All Site content — including logos, copy, graphics, and design — is owned by Ironcross Automotives or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site materials without written permission.
By submitting a review you grant Ironcross a non-exclusive license to display it. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONCROSS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRODUCT WARRANTIES, IF ANY, ARE LIMITED TO THOSE PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURERS OR STATED ON PRODUCT PAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONCROSS AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VEHICLE USE, ARISING FROM SITE USE OR PRODUCT PURCHASES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ironcross from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, inaccurate fitment decisions, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ironcross primarily operates its business administration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes shall be in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
